My Service Guarantee

1.    I will provide you with a comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist you with determining the right price for your property.

2.    I will obtain a property search from the Land Title’s Office and review it with you.  This is to ensure any liens, right-of-ways etc. are disclosed to the Buyer as this is mandatory.

3.     8115470I will prepare a detailed, descriptive and accurate data sheet outlining your property as to lot size, age, square footage, room sizes etc. and ensure it is listed on the MLS system within a few days of when the Listing Contract is signed.

4.     On a complimentary basis, I will provide you with an initial consultation with a qualified home stager if desired.   

5.     Should you not wish to use the services of a professional stager, I will be happy to assist you in staging your home, inside and out for maximum impact.

6.     A RE/MAX sign with my name on it will be immediately placed on your property.

7.     I will take photographs of your home, prepare floor plans in order to create customized and quality feature sheets which will include MLS information, neighbourhood benefits, and highlight your home’s features and improvements.  These feature sheets will be distributed to potential buyers at open houses and showings.

8.     Promote your home on www.remax.ca, www.MLS.ca  and www.Realtor.ca.  Advertise in local newspapers with the goal to attract as many potential buyers as possible.  Any enquiries from these sources will be directed to me.

 9.  Hold an open house for other real estate agents to help promote your property.

10.  Hold open houses to give the public the opportunity to view your property.

11.  All appointments to show your home to other Realtors and their clients will be arranged through me.  You will be advised of the Realtor’s name and arrival time.

12.  I will be available for buyer showings, follow up with Realtors® that have shown your home and obtain buyer feedback.

13.  When you call I will answer my phone.  If I am unavailable, I will return your phone calls and emails promptly.  I will also communicate back to you with written reports that include a Realtors' Tour Report, Open House Report and Weekly Update Report.

14.  I will keep you informed of any comparable properties that come on the market in your area that may impact the sale of your home.

15.  I will use my years of negotiation experience to effectively represent you with all presented offers to purchase.  Your personal information and position will be kept confidential.  

16.  I will assist your mortgage specialist and lawyer where needed to expedite the sale.
